Recommended dosage and use

6 tablets a day, i.e. 3 tablets 2 times a day. Swallow the tablets with a sufficient amount of water (1-2 glasses). Tablets should be taken before meals as part of a low-energy intake.

Important Notice

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The preparation is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Green tea extract contains caffeine. For people with swallowing difficulties, drink plenty of liquid. Do not take in the evening before going to bed. Store out of reach of children! Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of up to 25 °C.
